Real Volleyball Academy

Founded in 2012 by our visionaries, Head Coach Ronny Real and Director Ouliana Pagieva, Real Volleyball Academy (RVA) has become the ultimate destination for aspiring athletes who crave excellence and a sense of belonging. What started with Coach Ronny and three teams has evolved into a powerhouse of skill development, teamwork, and success.

Every athlete deserves personalized guidance to unleash their full potential. That’s why at RVA, we maintain an industry-leading athlete-to-coach ratio of 5:1, ensuring focused attention and tailored coaching for each member of our Pride. Our coaches are experts in volleyball and are passionate mentors dedicated to inspiring greatness both on and off the court.
