Real Volleyball Academy is committed to nurturing and developing young athletes within the USA Volleyball Association program. We focus on providing high-quality training and consistent support to lead our players to success. Our primary goal is to help each child develop essential skills and positive character traits, enabling them to reach their full potential both on and off the volleyball court. Through effective coaching, we aim to cultivate a deep passion for volleyball. As part of our comprehensive approach, we measure our athletes' success by their tangible skill growth throughout the club season.

For the 2025-2026 club season

  • The Club Volleyball season runs from July through May for Local and Regional Teams, and June for National Teams.

    📌 Note: Pre-season practices (July to October) are optional only for athletes participating in middle or high school volleyball.

  • Fees are determined by team level. Prices have been updated to account for inflation and recent tariff-related costs. We have made every effort to keep prices as consistent as possible.

    Regional $ 2990 Up to 3 practice/week Up to 7 Tournament Days

    National $3690 Up to 3 practice/week Up to 14 Tournament Days

    Local $ 2390 Up to 2 practice/week Up to 4 Tournament Days

    • In-Full Discount: Pay for club in full to automatically receive a $100 discount.

    • Referral Discount: Refer a new athlete who completes the full season in good standing, and you can receive $100 per referral at the end of the season.

    • Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child enrolled can receive a total of $100.

    📌 Note: You must initiate the discount process once all payment obligations are met and after the final tournament.

    Team placements are determined based on age, skill level, and where each athlete can develop best. Tournament level is also determined accordingly.

  • Most tournaments are in the Metro Atlanta area and surrounding areas.

    • One-day tournaments: Saturday

    • Two-day tournaments: Saturday & Sunday

    • Three-day tournaments: Friday–Sunday

    • AAU Nationals (National teams only): Held in Orlando, FL at the OCCC and ESPN Wide World of Sports, spanning four days

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring that their players arrive at tournaments on time.

    Carpooling is highly encouraged and often organized within teams for convenience and cost savings.

  • Yes. While club dues cover most major costs, you should plan for:

    • Travel costs (gas, food, hotel)

    • Optional clinics, camps, and private lessons (with an RVA membership discount)

    • Additional tournament entry fees (if applicable)

    💡 Families often share hotel rooms or carpool to reduce travel expenses.

  • Yes. Players can participate in additional tournaments if recommended by the coaching staff and approved by parents.

    The cost for an extra one-day tournament is $75 per player.

  • The price varies according to the team level.

    Join the Regional Team and take your chance to be promoted to a higher-level team, or remaining in the Regional or Local Team.

    In November, coaches will evaluate each player's performance and make the necessary changes to ensure that everyone is playing at the appropriate level. Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your skills and advance your playing career.

  • If you refer a new athlete to our Club Volleyball program, you will receive $100 for each new athlete referred at the end of the season. However, to be eligible for this referral program, the athlete you refer must complete the season and have paid all the fees in good standing.

    If you have more than one child participating in Club Volleyball, you will receive a $100 discount on the total payment for the last installment.

  • At tryouts, coaches will evaluate Athleticism, Effort, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Attitude, Commitment, Hustle, individual skills, and TEAM play in a game-like situation.

    Coaches will determine what team fits best for each player based on age and skill level. Coaches will also determine what level of the team and in what tournaments the team will participate.During tryouts, coaches will assess various aspects such as athleticism, effort, leadership, teamwork, communication, attitude, commitment, hustle, individual skills, and team play in a game-like scenario. Based on the player's age and skill level, coaches will decide which team is most suitable for them. Additionally, coaches will determine the team's level and tournaments in which they will participate.

  • Most tournaments are held in the Metro Atlanta area and surroundings.

    AAU Nationals are in Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, FL, and is a four-day tournament.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring their players arrive at tournaments punctually. Carpooling is often an option and suggested.

  • Travel expenses, such as gas, food, and hotel stays, can be anticipated. Group rates, carpooling, and room sharing are recommended to minimize these costs. It's important to note that these expenses vary depending on the level of the team, as some teams don't travel as much or as far as others.

    It's essential to remember that the club dues don't cover expenses that include, but aren't limited to, extra tournament entry fees, optional clinic/camp fees, and coach's lodging expenses for out-of-town tournaments.

  • Players can participate in additional tournaments if suggested by the team coaching staff and agreed upon by parents.
