Refund Policy: All sales are final unless the event is canceled by RVA.

Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy: Please contact RVA for a personal cancellation requests, which will be reviewed for approval. If a cancellation is approved with written confirmation from the club (ex., “This cancellation request has been approved”), up to a 50% refund is provided.

Make Up Policy: There are no makeup days for any missed event.
